I don't want you to think that I'm not doing anything for Angelina! It's far from it, but knitting these stockings takes up a lot of my time, not only because it's a bit difficult, but also because the weather isn't really helping. Sunny days are rare in late autumn.
The first stocking is almost finished, I've got just over fifteen rows to go before knitting the toe, and for that I'll need a bit of sunshine, especially if I'm unfortunate enough to drop a stitch and have to pull it up with my little hook.
But today I wanted to give you an idea of the size of my needles, and my hook, compared with the 'normal' needles (which aren't that big) that you can find in shops selling wool and knitting yarn.
That's it, I took advantage of the good light to take these photos and now I'm back to my knitting.
